From July to November: how the Ringseis family quincho came together, month by month.

July: footings and rebar. A quincho built to last starts with a good base, properly levelled and reinforced.
August and September: the brick walls rise, the timber roof with black steel beams goes on and the grill takes shape next to the exposed brick countertop. The wood-look ceramic floor is laid.
November: ready to gather. A full kitchen, a long table, a private bathroom and large glass panels facing the garden. A space designed to bring the family together, delivered in five months.
